Reservations and payment
Please provide accurate guest and contact details when making a reservation. A reservation is subject to room availability and the booking details and payment instructions confirmed by the hotel. Keep your booking confirmation and payment receipt for reference. Contact us promptly if you need to correct a booking or ask about a cancellation; any specific cancellation terms provided with your booking apply.
Room occupancy
A maximum of two people may stay in a room. This limit includes children. Please contact the hotel before booking if you need help choosing an arrangement that complies with this limit.
Check-out
Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the departure date. Please contact the hotel in advance to request a different check-out time; any extension must be confirmed by the hotel.
Prohibited drugs
Illegal drugs and controlled substances are not permitted on the hotel premises. Guests must comply with applicable laws and staff directions. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Parking
Outdoor parking is at the vehicle owner's risk. Please lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables inside. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Guest conduct and property
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and hotel property, and to follow reasonable safety instructions. Please report damage or safety concerns to hotel staff promptly. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by their actions, subject to applicable law.
